A decade later, Victory Liner, Inc. transferred to its current location along the north end of EDSA, near the Balintawak Bonifacio Monument. During this time, the second generation Hernandezes began getting involved in the company. They suggested ideas for innovation and expansion like setting up a fleet of provincial air-conditioned buses and providing radio communications equipment.
